How Jobso came to be
As IT specialists, we knew exactly what job hunting in Poland looked like — you open JustJoin, then NoFluffJobs, RocketJobs, Pracuj.pl, The Protocol, and a few others. Each portal separately. The same companies show up multiple times. Half the offers are outdated. You lose hours before finding anything worthwhile.
We decided to fix it. Jobso aggregates offers from the 6 biggest IT portals in Poland, normalizes the data, and uses AI to match them to your profile. You're not just another keyword in a filter — the system understands your stack, level, employment form, and financial expectations.
